During warmer months or when shipping to regions with higher temperatures, you may notice your crystals develop slight condensation or "sweating" upon arrival.

Do not panic: This is a natural reaction to temperature and humidity changes during transit and does not affect the quality, safety, or delicious taste of your gems.

The Fix: Simply remove the candies from their packaging, place them on a flat plate or tray, and allow them to air out in a cool, dry room for 24–48 hours.

The Result: Once they adjust to room temperature, they will return to their original crystal state and regain their signature Silky Gem crunch.

If your gems are coated or dipped in Sour Sugar, they will have a unique texture compared to our classic crystals.
