Unfortunately I found what I can only describe as a fragment of bone in one of the kunafa tubs I ordered on my second bite and had to throw it away. I did email in a couple of weeks ago to explain what had happened but did not receive a reply. I’m a little disappointed as I’ve bought and spent quite a bit over the past few months. I would never had left negative feedback as I’ve never had a problem before but due to the circumstances of what was found I thought it was necessary after not even receiving a reply to my email.

I brought one of the cakes and it turned up looking half eaten and mushed up and couldn’t even bring myself to eat it so I had a replacement cake sent out and that one turned up looking pretty similar the picture I’ve sent is the replacement cake I received.. the cake cost me £18 so it’s quite a lot of money for something to turn up looking like that.. so I was left feeling very disappointed both times. So wasn’t worth the price I didn’t think 😩
